King Arts Complex Selects Design Team for Renovations

The King Arts Complex, located in the King-Lincoln District of Columbus Ohio, opened its doors in March 1987.  Phase II of the complex opened in 1989.  Today, the 60,000 SF facility serves as a cultural and educational HUB of the City’s near Eastside.

The team of Ralph Kramer/Kramer Engineers, Othelda Spencer/OAS Spencer Architects and Melva Williams-Argaw/XYZ Professional Services were selected to lead the renovation efforts for the building.  The project is in the early stages of design.  Renovation will span mechanical systems, electrical, lighting and general facility improvements.
