BRYAN DILLE| Employee Spotlight: April 2018
This month we are bringing Bryan Dille, a Kramer Engineers’ team member to the forefront. So that we can shine the spotlight on his family, namely his 2-year-old son Colton, who lives with Cystic Fibrosis.

Colton Dille at Children’s Hospital
Shortly after birth, Colton Dille was diagnosed with Cystic Fibrosis or CF. CF affects the lungs, pancreas, liver and digestive system. But looking at this beautiful little boy, you would never know the devastation in his tiny body. You wouldn’t know by his smiling eyes, the endless amount of medication and multiple daily breathing treatments he endures. Colton doesn’t realize that regular trips to Nationwide Children’s Hospital are not every child’s norm, or that there is no known cure.
But thanks to advances in research by the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, there is hope. According to Cystic Fibrosis News Today, the current average life expectancy for CF patients in the United States who live past childhood is about 37 years; an almost 30-year gain since the 1960s. But it’s still not a cure.
So, Bryan Dille and his wife Kristin are doing what they can to raise money for the CF Foundation to help further promising drug studies that are in the pipeline. Spearheading HUNTING FOR COLTON’S CURE which includes selling tee shirts and bracelets, the proceeds from which go to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. They will also be walking in the CFF Great Strides Walk on May 6th to show support and help continue research efforts.
