Dough Mama to open in October. Brett Kramer designed the building systems for the bakery located in Clintonville. The artisan pie shop and cafe is the crown jewel for owner and pastry chef, Perrie Wilkof, who was classically trained in Pastry Arts at the International Culinary Center in New York . So the baked goods are sure to be a treat. So, make sure to stop in.
