King Arts Complex Selects Design Team for Renovations
The King Arts Complex, located in the King-Lincoln District of Columbus Ohio, opened its doors in March 1987. Phase II of the complex opened in 1989. Today, the 60,000 SF facility serves as a cultural and educational HUB of the City’s near Eastside.
The team of Ralph Kramer/Kramer Engineers, Othelda Spencer/OAS Spencer Architects and Melva Williams-Argaw/XYZ Professional Services have been selected to lead renovation design for the building. The project is in the early design phase.
